Abstract

This issue featured reports from the Conference on Community Relations with Public Education that was held at St. Cloud State on July 26, 1948. The purpose of the conference was to "focus attention on some of the crucial problems of education as they exist today."

The Bulletin was St. Cloud State's in-house academic journal. Faculty, administrators, and staff wrote a wide variety of articles based on many different aspects of education, mostly based at St. Cloud State.
