Abstract
My article provides a narrative reflection on my experiences of trying to breastfeed my twin daughters after a high-risk, multiple pregnancy. In this brief essay, I question the normative discourses surrounding breastfeeding promotion and use my personal experience as a way to navigate, and confront, discourses surrounding breastfeeding practices.
