Abstract
In the education field, staff development is important in order for schools to make sure that teachers are staying current with new initiatives, trends, and updates. The use of technology in schools is increasing, and teachers need professional development in order to effectively integrate technology into the classroom. This portfolio of projects includes a pilot test of an online professional development community as well as two trainings that can be given in person or online through the community about technology integration for teachers.
