Abstract
Abstract
This paper explores nine published articles that researched the benefits of Class-wide Peer Tutoring strategies and their benefits on academic and social needs. Six of the studies analyzed how the strategies used enhanced academic performance in the areas of reading fluency and comprehension. The other three studies examined how peer tutoring strategies could enhance student engagement, along with social performance. More research should be conducted due to having a small number of studies and dated research.
