Abstract
This report assesses the economic impact of the construction and operation of the proposed YMCA outdoor water park in the St. Cloud, MN MSA region. The project is expected to spend $15 million on construction and then create $850,000 in revenue according to the organization. Construction is expected to support 155 full-time equivalent jobs with $9.3 million in labor income. The operation of the facility would support 15.3 jobs, with more than $500,000 in labor income. Output would rise by $1.6 million.
